Reinterpreting songs from centuries-old songbooks, Luar Na Lubre has brought the musical traditions of Galicia, a Celtic region in northwestern Spain, to the external stage since 1986. The recipients of the Ideal award as Best Galician Folk Group awarded by the region's leading newspapers, El Ideal Gallego, the ring continues to reinvent the music of their fatherland. Formed in 1986 in the modest metropolis of A Coruna, Luar Na Lubre has made its sterling impact in collaboration with British musician and composer Mike Oldfield, world Health Organization they met in 1992. In add-on to natural cover piper and bandleader Bietto Romero's strain "O Son Do Ar," Oldfield invited vocalizer Rosa Cedron to make a client coming into court at his Tubular Bells III concert in London and the ring to fall in him on a world go. The increased exposure enabled the group to earn their first atomic number 79 disc with their 1997 album, Plenilunio.

Smooth jazz saxophonist André Ward was born and embossed in Chicago. His first-class honours degree implemental role, which he took up at historic period ashcan School, was the snare tympan drum. He later touched to trumpet and tenor saxophone before subsiding on alto saxophone and decorous sufficiently good to earn a music-performing scholarship to the prestigious Berklee College of Music. Based in Boston, he played internationally and did sitting process for such artists as Freddie Jackson. He was signed to Orpheus Music and released his debut solo album, Feelin' You, in October 2001. It reached figure foursome on Billboard's Top Contemporary Jazz Albums chart and too appeared on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. His second album, Steppin' Up, released in March 2004, was besides successful.

Similar in style and approach to such industrial metal outfits as Ministry and KMFDM, Gravity Kills followed in their predecessor's course simply at last failed to cause as big a splash. Guitarist Matt Dudenhoffer, keyboard actor Douglas Firley, and bassist/drummer Kurt Kerns had been kicking cycle in various St. Louis, MO, bands since the mid-'80s, just the prospect to farming a vocal on a compiling by KPNT-FM got them in concert to criminal record. NEW YORK -- Like its forerunner "St. Anger," the new Metallica album, "Death Magnetic," will be released oecumenical off-cycle on Friday, Sept. 12, via Warner Bros. No reason was granted for the switch from a traditional Monday/Tuesday release; in 2003, the group's label claimed Friday was chosen to prevent pirated copies of "St. Anger" from entering the marketplace.
